North American Seminar!

Make plans to attend the upcoming 2010 Shogen-Ryu Karate-Do seminar taught by Kensei Taba, Hanshi, Judan.  Taba Sensei has not been to North America since 2007 when he taught a large seminar in Dayton, Ohio and another seminar a few months later in Strathroy, Ontario, Canada.  A great time was had by all at each and 2010 is sure to be even better as Taba Sensei, assisted by several yudansha from Okinawa and North America, spends several days giving in-depth instruction of Okinawa Shogen-Ryu Karate-Do. 

Taba Sensei is one of few teachers of Karate-Do to have over 60 years of training under some of the greatest Okinawa Karate-Do teachers such as, Shoshin Nagamine, Chosin Chibana and Hohan Soken.  He has a perspective on Okinawa Karate-Do that is unique and amazing enticing people from all over the world travel to Okinawa to train with him.

Expected to be taught are kata of all levels, makiwara, applications, kumite and Yamane Bojutsu.  Topics may be added or eliminated but the days will be full regardless.
